Big Blue Marble
The pendant shown is made of titanium with
inlays of genuine Gibeon Meteorite from space. The pendant is
inspired by one of the most famous images in history showing the
whole Earth, as the last moon mission, Apollo 17 headed to the
moon in 1975. Out their viewport, Africa, Antarctica, and
the Middle East were all clearly visible at the same time.
It showed how delicate and interconnected the whole world was.
In the lower lefthand side of Africa is
where this very meteorite fell in prehistory. It is over 4
billion years old and has traveled in space on a trajectory not
unlike the one shown. The pendant is 1 3/8" in diameter
and is also available in stainless steel.
